come disfarsi di un appartamento a Losanna
Parlare della casa nuova, mi ha fatto tornare in mente gli ultimi giorni frenetici nella casa vecchia. Come per tutte le cose pianificate nel dettaglio (…), quando abbiamo avuto la certezza di trasferirci nella casa nuova, abbiamo scoperto di essere in ritardo per disdire il nuovo anno di contratto d'affitto per il vecchio appartamento. Prossima data di scadenza: Ottobre 2012. 'azz..
Qui è possibile recedere da un contratto d'affitto anzitempo, a patto però di trovare un nuovo affittuario da proporre all'agenzia. Non ci siamo preoccupati troppo per il sostituto, dato che risaputamente a Losanna la domanda è di molto maggiore all'offerta e c'è sempre qualcuno (di solito disperato) che sta cercando casa. Certo, avevamo comunque un po' d'ansia latente perchè il nostro vecchio appartamento era (ed è tuttora) mal curato e male attrezzato: ma chi vuoi che se lo prenda un appartamento senza lavatrice e senza forno??, ma confidavamo che, prima o poi, qualcosa si sarebbe mosso.
Ho pertanto pubblicizzato la disponibilità dell'appartamento su un sito svizzero di annunci gratuiti e ho aspettato. Maritozzo, che dici? Lascio solo l'email come contatto per i primi giorni? Eventualmente metto il numero di telefono se vedo che non mi scrive nessuno… Non vorrei ricevere troppe telefonate al lavoro nei prossimi giorni.

Morale della favola: trovare un appartamento a Losanna è un'impresa epica e solo uno su centosessantotto ce la fa; se hai un appartamento da liberare, non preoccuparti: ci sarà la fila per riprenderlo, anche se l'appartamento è vecchio, puzza e non ha nessun comfort; se hai un appartamento e non te ne vuoi liberare, prega ogni sera che non prenda fuoco il tuo condominio; se la fede non ti basta, fai un'assicurazione anti-incendio (che qui è obbligatoria), ma accertati di avere minimo tre mesi di albergo pagati in caso di sinistro; i francesi non sanno scrivere e riprova ne è che c'è un errore anche in questa e-mail (a questo proposito, solo quelli che hanno scritto un messaggio senza errori di ortografia sono stati contattati per venire a vedere l'appartamento!).
